The U.S. once again stated its support for Uzbekistan’s intention to become a member of the WTO, and welcomed the ongoing economic reforms. The countries intend to continue increasing and diversifying trade and investment.

U.S. Assistant Secretary of State will visit Uzbekistan
U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Donald Lu is expected to visit Uzbekistan this week and participate in the Strategic Partnership Dialogue between the two countries. He will also visit Kazakhstan and India.
